    If you’re looking for a quick, affordable meal without driving across town, Mega Convenient Food Mart is located at the corner of Madison Avenue and West 101st Street—about one block from our Edgewater properties. They offer a surprisingly large menu that includes:

    Power service to Property P-2007 has been unavailable since approximately 10:30 AM EDT on July 3, 2026 due to a widespread utility outage affecting portions of the Cleveland area.

    This outage is not isolated to the property and is part of a larger regional utility event. Utility crews continue restoration efforts.

    Current estimated restoration: 6:00 PM EDT — July 4, 2026 (utility estimate; subject to change).

    We appreciate your patience while utility providers complete repairs.

    Internet service is currently unavailable at Properties P-2007 and P-2014 due to a Spectrum service interruption associated with the ongoing regional power outage.

    Current estimated restoration: 6:00 PM EDT — July 4, 2026 (estimated and subject to change as utility service is restored).

    Once commercial power is restored and network equipment fully reconnects, internet service should return automatically without any action required by guests.

    A neighborhood-wide power outage is currently affecting our Edgewater properties in the 44102 area. This outage is impacting the surrounding neighborhood and is not isolated to Stay With Jay properties.

    At this time:

    • Internet service is unavailable at our Edgewater locations due to the power outage.
    • Our team is actively relocating guests between available rooms and properties for those who wish to be accommodated elsewhere.
    • Alternative accommodations are available, subject to availability.

    Refund Requests

    If you no longer wish to stay due to the outage, please contact us through the booking platform (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, etc.) before checking in and clearly indicate that your request is related to the power outage.

    Because we have alternative accommodations available, refund requests are evaluated through the platform prior to check-in. Requests made after check-in or after choosing to occupy the accommodation may be handled differently according to the applicable booking platform’s policies.
