Project Update: The Attic @ Edgewater Residence
Construction is moving fast on our newest high-end suite at the Edgewater Residence—2014 W. 100th Street. This one’s special: a 420-inspired attic renovation with sunset views and a layout designed for full privacy and convenience.
Top Line Home Solutions is leading the build, targeting an August 1 delivery. This is our first time testing several unique design ideas, and the result will be a premium suite where guests won’t need to leave the top floor once they check in—unless they really want to.
This transformation came from last year’s fire event, but thanks to strong insurance coverage, we’re not just rebuilding—we’re improving. The entire top floor is now sound and fire insulated. That same protection will extend down to the first floor next year, making the whole Edgewater property one of our most secure and private residences.
We don’t have a name yet for the suite, but it’ll celebrate sunsets and smart space. Expect bold design, optimized square footage, and rental options for sublease tenants who value both privacy and revenue.
