Trouble Reservation: HMD424CCRS
The exact example why the new city ordinance may cause issues. Guest brought 5 people versus 1 in the reservation, guest did not complete the registration after multiple attempt from hosts. Guest was loud with trusted neighbor who attempted to ask them to not block their driveway. Should the cops be called? (yes) Were they (no). Would they have been prior to the law passing: (yes).
Is this the right way?
CPD officers in all SWJ interactions have always encouraged hosts to yes call the authorities, but would this be a nuisance? If so, how about if the host prosecutes the guest? So many questions.
New Rule for Guest Services
- DO NOT DELETE PASSCODES. SIMPLY CHANGE THE NUMBER OR EXPIRE THEM ON THE TTLOCK APP.
- This allows us to present evidence to the OTAs for situationns such as the situations with Makayla Williams

@Ricardo: this is exactly where an agent would pick this up and create a promotion based on our guest rankings .. the List of 50 or 100 guests who stay most often
