    2. Neve Custom Layouts
      • Controls where menus appear (header, footer, side).
      • Each layout has a Type (Header, Footer, Hook).
    3. Otter Blocks Visibility
      • Adds rules: Show this header/menu only to Guests, Owners, or Admins.
      • This is where the “Admin-only menu” came from.
    4. Appearance → Customize
      • Controls the look (colors, fonts, hover effects, spacing).
      • StayWithJay brand colors are applied here.
